“No no, I don’t need to notify these people about my wedding, only those within the Solar System.” Finn responded quickly.

“Your Highness, if other royal families aren’t notified and the Federation government isn’t informed, your marriage will be considered illegal by the Federation.” Luna Starfield responded promptly.

Finn rolled his eyes and said, “That doesn’t matter. All of my family, relatives and friends are on Earth. Their approval is enough. Does this Highness need approval from the Federation?”

“Alright then, this Highness is about to propose. Would you happen to have any ideal gemstones or jewelry on hand for the occasion?” Finn quickly asked.

“Of course, Your Highness. The most precious gemstone in the entire Galactic Federation is undoubtedly the Starstone.” Luna Starfield answered promptly.

“Starstone?” Finn had never heard of this and asked curiously.

As Finn spoke, Luna Starfield quickly brought up a holographic image in front of him. An ultra-clear projection of a heart-shaped gemstone appeared before Finn’s eyes. This gem was light blue but that’s not what drew him in. What captivated Finn was the nebula-like speckles that floated and slowly rotated within the gem.

“Are you sure this is naturally formed and not man-made?” Finn looked at the Starstone in surprise. No wonder the Starstone was considered the most expensive gemstone in the Galactic Federation. No other gem could harbour an entire galaxy within it. As astonishing as it was, Finn found it hard to believe that this was naturally formed.

“Yes, Your Highness. The Starstone is a naturally-formed gem. Its creation process is extremely complex, similar to a diamond on Earth, but it’s far rarer. In fact, throughout the Galactic Federation, Starstones are luxury items that only the wealthy can afford. The general public just can’t buy them.”

“Alright, let’s stick with this. For the other gemstones for the ring, you take care of the selection. This gem seems fairly large; it definitely can’t be made into a ring. Help me get a ring.” Finn said after some thought.

“Yes, Your Highness, but there aren’t a lot of Starstones available. I’m not sure how big of a one you want to buy.” Luna Starfield asked.

“What’s the largest one available right now?” Finn inquired, raising an eyebrow. No matter how expensive it is, it’s still just a gemstone. It can’t be astronomically priced. Just like a diamond, no matter how expensive it is, it can only reach a certain price range. Right now, Finn has hundreds of billions of star credits. Although he can’t say what that converts to in the Galactic Federation, he knows he is not short on cash.
